At 366 pounds, Hazel White decided she was ready to change her lifestyle, lose weight and throw away her walker.
She joined TOPS, (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) began to count calories, aiming for about 300 calories per meal. Fruits and veggies have become her friend. She also joined the YMCA and enjoys the water aerobics class several times a week. So far, Hazel has lost 80 pounds and plans to continue her healthy lifestyle until she loses another 100 pounds.
